Product Damage: If you receive a product that is leaked, broken, or defective, you must provide us with a clear unboxing video along with pictures of the product, packaging, and courier receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and handle it accordingly, which may include arranging for a replacement if necessary.

Packaging Damage: Minor damage to the outer packaging or box during shipping, such as dents or scratches, is a common occurrence and does not affect the quality of the product. We do not offer replacements or exchanges for issues related to packaging or box condition unless the product inside is damaged.

Refund and Exchange: Apart from the specific cases of product damage mentioned above, refunds and exchanges are not applicable.
