  • Advance Bank Payment (Free above 15+ order):
    Flat rate of Rs 200 per order (subsidized rate for advance bank transfer)
    Enjoy free shipping over an order of Rs 15,000.

  • Urgent Shipping:
    Need your order sooner? Choose our Urgent Shipping service.
    Shipping charges: Rs 600
    Delivery time: 3–4 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Beauty Station by Rafia, we strive to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, please note the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

  • Product Damage: If you receive a product that is leaked, broken, or defective, you must provide us with a clear unboxing video along with pictures of the product, packaging, and courier receipt. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will evaluate the issue and handle it accordingly, which may include arranging for a replacement if necessary.

  • Packaging Damage: Minor damage to the outer packaging or box during shipping, such as dents or scratches, is a common occurrence and does not affect the quality of the product. We do not offer replacements or exchanges for issues related to packaging or box condition unless the product inside is damaged.

  • Refund and Exchange: Apart from the specific cases of product damage mentioned above, refunds and exchanges are not applicable.
